c47e93fa7e amixer: Expand on channel docs in man page 
Add missing channel params to the amixer man page. Also call out that
the channel param must come before the value to take effect.

ae9ddeb634 Add handling of dB to amixer 
Added the dB value handling to amixer sset command.
Also, simplify the parser code.

Updated man page for dB suffix and some examples.

ca5f8cbcfe Fix hyphens in man pages 
This patch converts hyphens to minus signs in the man pages (for options,
emails, or command line examples).

This patch also closes one font modifier in iecset.1.
(s/\fIfalse\fI,/\fIfalse\fP,/)

48823e9ea5 extension of amixer set command: 
- add front, rear, center, woofer channel selection
- left and right volumes can be given separately
- volumes can be increased/decreased relatively with + or - suffix
