- ERESTART not supported platform: use EINTR instead - add include/os_compat.h, well-used OS specific definition - copied include/bswap.h from alsa-lib - EPIPE and ESTRPIPE are different usage, but currently EPIPE is used when ESTRPIPE is not defined.
