mwifiex: remove AMSDU_AGGR_CTRL command response handler

Browse source 
HostCmd_CMD_AMSDU_AGGR_CTRL is never called with GET action.
So the code in mwifiex_ret_amsdu_aggr_ctrl() becomes redundant.
