sfc: Bowdlerise PTP MCDI errors

When the NIC doesn't support PTP, probe-time MCDI commands fail in
predictable ways.  Instead of logging cryptic MCDI errors, just log that
PTP isn't supported.

v2: Hopefully stop Thunderbird mangling the patches.
