87b9ad070c V4L/DVB (6254): Add videobuf-vmalloc
Adds a newer videobuf-vmalloc module. This module uses the same
videobuf controls, but implements memory allocation based on vmalloc
methods.

With this method, an USB driver can use video-buf, without needing to
request memory from the DMA-safe area.

c1accaa21b V4L/DVB (6252): Adapt drivers to use the newer videobuf modules
PCI-dependent videobuf_foo methods were renamed as videobuf_pci_foo.

Also, videobuf_dmabuf is now part of videobuf-dma-sg private struct.
So, to access it, a subroutine call is needed.

This patch renames all occurences of those function calls to be
consistent with the video-buf split.

ca805d57cf V4L/DVB (6134): tuner: alter build to produce separate modules
Break tuner.ko into separate modules. This was a quick change -
Tuner sub-drivers are still static-linked to tuner.ko, this will
change after using dvb_attach and removing the probing functions.

After this change, one can deselect undesired tuner sub-drivers via Kconfig.

8fb2191a74 V4L/DVB (5813): TUNER_TEA5761 kconfig fixes
The following doesn't make much sense:
drivers/media/video/Kconfig:
...
config TUNER_TEA5761
tristate "TEA 5761 radio tuner (EXPERIMENTAL)"
...
drivers/media/video/Makefile:
...
ifneq ($(CONFIG_TUNER_TEA5761),)
  tuner-objs += tea5761.o
endif
...
With this setup, TUNER_TEA5761=m is equivalent to TUNER_TEA5761=y.
This patch therefore changes TUNER_TEA5761 to a bool.
The missing dependency on EXPERIMENTAL the prompt text indicates also
gets added by this patch.
Additionally, the Makefile entry can now be written in a more compact way.

05ad390724 V4L/DVB (5166): Remove obsolete alias defines of CONFIG_* settings
The out of tree v4l-dvb build system didn't always override the kernel's
configuration settings with v4l-dvb's settings correctly. To work around
this, makefiles would define some new macro based on the setting of a
config variable. e.g. the pwc Makefile would define CONFIG_PWC_DEBUG if
CONFIG_USB_PWC_DEBUG (which is defined via Kconfig) was set.
The v4l-dvb build system should now always override correctly, and this
is no longer necessary. This patch gets ride of these extra defines and
just uses the CONFIG_* settings directly.

f5762e441d V4L/DVB (3513): Remove saa711x driver
Now, em28xx uses saa7115 instead of saa711x.
saa7115 driver is capable of handling saa 7113, 7114 and 7115.

5e5890e16e V4L/DVB (3497): Remove redundant makefile inclusion of tuner.o
VIDEO_MXB selects VIDEO_TUNER, so we don't have to include tuner.o
in the Makefile.

f6fe8c6a42 V4L/DVB (3495): Kconfig: select VIDEO_CX25840 to build cx25840 a/v decoder module
The cx25840 module requires external firmware in order to function,
so it must select FW_LOADER, but saa7115 and saa7129 do not require it.
This patch creates VIDEO_CX25840, and alters VIDEO_DECODER to select it.

ab33d5071d V4L/DVB (3376): Add cpia2 camera support
There has been a CPIA2 driver out of kernel for a long time and it has
been pretty clean for some time too. This is an import of the
sourceforge driver which has been stripped of
- 2.4 back compatibility
- 2.4 old style MJPEG ioctls
A couple of functions have been made static and the docs have been
repackaged into Documentation/video4linux. The rvmalloc/free functions now
match the cpia driver again. Other than that this is the code as is.
Tested on x86-64 with a QX5 microscope.
