05f2d12c35 x86: change GET_APIC_ID() from an inline function to an out-of-line function 
Introduce a function to read the local APIC_ID.

This change is in preparation for additional changes to
the APICID functions that will come in a later patch.

142d0a674d x86: fix bogus memcpy in es7000_check_dsdt() 
es7000_check_dst() contains a memcpy from 0, which probably should have been
a memset. Remove it and check the retunr value from acpi_get_table_header.
