The mxs-phy is missing the phy.type property, why the usb_get_phy helper
function won't be able to find it. This patch adds this missing property.

devm_ioremap_resource does sanity checks on the given resource. No need to
duplicate this in the driver.

Commit 0998d06310 (device-core: Ensure drvdata = NULL when no
driver is bound) removes the need to set driver data field to
NULL.

for all phy drivers. Current situation was already
quite bad with too generic names being used.
