Bonding just wants the device before the skb_bond()
decapsulation occurs, so simply pass that original
device into packet_type->func() as an argument.
It remains to be seen whether we can use this same
exact thing to get rid of skb->input_dev as well.

In ALB mode, allow new slave to use bond's MAC address if the new
slave's MAC address is being used within the bond and no other slave
is using the bond's MAC address.

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.
Let it rip!
