The sn95031 driver currently gets the CODEC implicitly from the jack that is
passed to sn95031_jack_detection(). But the codec field is going to be
removed from the snd_soc_jack struct, so refactor things to pass the CODEC
explicitly.

This patch adds support to read the mic bias voltage
when a jack is inserted. It uses ADC to measure.

This patch adds support for jack detection and reporting in the codec
It however is not fully functional as it doesn't measure adc to figure
out what got inserted which will be added later
