Move the core S3C64XX support to mach-s3c64xx as it is unlikely to be used
outside of this directory. Also move the SoC header files in with it.
This includes the clock, cpu, cpufreq, dma, gpiolib and pll support.

This adds the physical address of the SROM unit, and
applies a virtual mapping for it to the S3C_VA_MEM
slot.

Add a common entry-macro-vic2.S for systems where there are two VICs
so that the machine or platform directories just need to setup the
correct information before including <asm/entry-macro-vic2.S> into
their own entry-macro.S file.
Since this code is from the S3C64XX project, we update the S3C64XX
machine entry code to use this new header.

Add detection support for the S3C6400 SoC which has it's
id register in a different place to the S3C6410.

Add an s3c64xx_sysclass and device for items that currently
want to bind to any s3c64xx processor. The first user of this
will be parts of the s3c64xx suspend support which need to
save device state over suspend/resume.

Add the modem registers and a virtual mapping for the
modem block. This is is required as there are registers
that control the LCD block that need to be saved over
suspend as well as interrupt controls.

As per Russell King's last review comment, find and remove
all unnecessary includes of <linux/delay.h> in the files
that do not need them.

Discard the 'void *' from the pointers used for the
virtual addresses when setting up the .virtual fields
of the io map to avoid implicit cast warnings

Initialise the basic physical to virtual mappings and
then detect the CPU that the system is being run on so
that the cpu code code can call the correct initialisation
code.
