Mark Haverkamp 1241f3593a [SCSI] aacraid: General driver cleanup
Received from Mark Salyzyn

Remove superfluous code, optimize code, harden code, cast code, correct
some text, use msleep instead of schedule_timeout_interruptible. No
bugs.
