Refactor VideoPlayer and VideoStream

VideoStream:
- Fix const correctenss

VideoPlayer:
- Remove unused member variable last_frame
- Move _mix_audios function definition to source file
- Fix function parameter naming to match p_ convention
- Fix const correctness
- Add null checking
