Improve select tool's tooltip

Browse source 
- Makes tips clearer and more consistent.
- Removes outdated "shift+v" that doesn't work
- Adds Ctrl+RMB for adding nodes at position
- Removes tip for non-existent Alt+Drag in 3D select tool
