Add an hinting mode setting to DynamicFonts

- Editor font hinting can now be tweaked in the Editor Settings.
- DynamicFonts used in projects now have tweakable hinting settings
  in their DynamicFontData child. Changes will be visible upon
  reloading the scene in the editor.
