23ae64b15e C#: Optimize struct marshalling
- We no longer box struct to return them from internal calls.
- Use reinterpret_cast if the managed struct layout is the same as the native struct.

277b24dfb7 Make core/ includes absolute, remove subfolders from include path
This allows more consistency in the manner we include core headers,
where previously there would be a mix of absolute, relative and
include path-dependent includes.

e4213e66b2 Add missing copyright headers and fix formatting
Using `misc/scripts/fix_headers.py` on all Godot files.
Some missing header guards were added, and the header inclusion order
was fixed in the Bullet module.
