SCU build - make paths relative to project folder
Making paths relative to the project folder rather than the SCU directory helps make stack traces more readable.

Single Compilation Unit build.
Adds support for simple SCU build (DEV_ENABLED only).
This speeds up compilation by compiling multiple cpp files within a single translation unit.
