doc: Use self-closing tags for return and argument
For the time being we don't support writing a description for those, preferring
having all details in the method's description.

Using self-closing tags saves half the lines, and prevents contributors from
thinking that they should write the argument or return documentation there.

<brief_description>
Plays positional sound in 2D space.

<description>
Plays audio that dampens with distance from screen center.
See also [AudioStreamPlayer] to play a sound non-positionally.
Note: Hiding an [AudioStreamPlayer2D] node does not disable its audio output. To temporarily disable an [AudioStreamPlayer2D]'s audio output, set [member volume_db] to a very low value like
-100
(which isn't audible to human hearing).
