Use PascalCase file names for editor icons
Using PascalCase file names without any conversion step is
less confusing to new contributors.

Optimize editor icon SVGs using svgcleaner
This makes editor binaries about 230 KB smaller.
The command used was:
parallel svgcleaner --multipass {} {} ::: editor/icons/*.svg
