674c6f2f2d Add function to convert Date time from a dictionary to Epoch
- Also changed get_time_from_unix_time to get_date_time_from_unix_time to be
  consistent.

feef563f3f Fixes the month consistency issue in enums and get_date etc
- Also updated the docs to reflect this.
- Added some vim temp files to gitignore
- Changed NaCL to be consistent with the other OS_Unix::get_date implementation
   (added 1 to month to map to 1-12)

866e47ec54 Added epoc to dictionary converter
Useful for when user is storing time as epoc and wants to do operations on this
time and then display in human readable form

6fc1c3a4d1 Completed the support for plugins! It is not possible to add plugins.
Not all APIs are provided yet, please request whathever you are missing.
Some example plugins are provided in demos/plugins. Just copy them to a folder in your project named addons/ and then enable them from the project settings.

7b25641813 Reject any native video player calls on iOS that point to files within .pck archives.
Fix the paths for both res:// and user:// specified video files.

a120c66f98 -Removed OS.get_system_time_msec(), this is undoable on Windows and also unusable from GDscript due to precision.
-Added, instead an OS.get_system_time_secs(), which is 32 bits friendly, fixes #3143

d4993b74fc Add missing argument names in GDScript bindings
All classes were reviewed apart from VisualServer for which no argument name is documented at all.
While doing this review, I found quite a few bugs that were fixed either in earlier commits or this one (mostly documentation bugs though, i.e. some arguments were listed at the wrong place).

95047562d7 Several performance improvements, mainly in loading and instancing scenes and resources.
A general speedup should be apparent, with even more peformance increase when compiling optimized.

WARNING: Tested and it seems to work, but if something breaks, please report.

c5338fd6c4 Add OS.get_time_zone_info function
The returned dictionary maps "name" to the
name of the current time zone, and "bias" to
a bias from UTC in minutes.

803069886e Add utc param to get_time and get_date methods
If utc == false, we return the local time, like before.
Otherwise, we return UTC time.
utc defaults to false to not break behaviour.
