Enable Doppler preview in the 3D editor by default
...
This makes setting up AudioStreamPlayer3D nodes for Doppler playback
a bit easier.
- Move AudioStreamPlayer3D's Doppler Tracking property outside a group
since the group only had 1 property, which resulted in unnecessary
folding in the inspector.
- Put the AudioStreamPlayer3D Playing and Autoplay properties higher up
in the inspector since these are likely to be modified often.

doc: Use self-closing tags for return
and argument
...
For the time being we don't support writing a description for those, preferring
having all details in the method's description.
Using self-closing tags saves half the lines, and prevents contributors from
thinking that they should write the argument or return documentation there.

doc: Drop unused 'category' property from header

We already removed it from the online docs with #35132 .
Currently it can only be "Built-In Types" (Variant types) or "Core"
(everything else), which is of limited use.
We might also want to consider dropping it from `ClassDB` altogether
in Godot 4.0.

Camera: Don't set default value for project_position
...
A z_depth of 0 returns the camera position, which is not really useful.
This also makes the API breakage from 3.1 clearer as 3.1 code will now
fail to compile, so users will have to adapt and use the new parameter.
For the reference, in 3.1, the z_depth was hardcoded to the near plane.
Closes #33493 .

- Add more information to many classes
- Fix lots of typos and gramar mistakes
- Use [code] tags for parameters consistently
- Use [b] and [i] tags consistently
- Put "Warning:" and "Note:" on their own line to be more visible,
and make them always bold
- Tweak formatting in code examples to be more readable
- Use double quotes consistently
- Add more links to third-party technologies
