definitions.

34f4ae18b8 Moved doc description formatting. Fixes #12798 
Paragraph spacing is now applied only during rendering (so doctool
preserves formatting).

Paragraph spacing now no longer applies within [code] tags.

Extra bbcode is now ignored within [code] tags.

b606285219 Unified script panel backgrounds. 
- simplefied it with using the new rtl.
 - removed ("ScriptPanel", "EditorStyles") for since rtl now can be used
 - unified backgrounds when script editor color is set to transparent => option to set background color adapt to theme is deprecated.

3d1c031871 Changed MethodBind API to request information from methods. It's much claner now.

49c065d29c Refactoring: rename tools/editor/ to editor/ 
The other subfolders of tools/ had already been moved to either
editor/, misc/ or thirdparty/, so the hiding the editor code that
deep was no longer meaningful.
