02ea99129e Adding a new Camera Server implementation to Godot.
This is a new singleton where camera sources such as webcams or cameras on a mobile phone can register themselves with the Server.
Other parts of Godot can interact with this to obtain images from the camera as textures.
This work includes additions to the Visual Server to use this functionality to present the camera image in the background. This is specifically targetted at AR applications.

6d16f2f053 Fix error macro calls not ending with semicolon
It's not necessary, but the vast majority of calls of error macros
do have an ending semicolon, so it's best to be consistent.
Most WARN_DEPRECATED calls did *not* have a semicolon, but there's
no reason for them to be treated differently.

e34eb5c26c Fix texture resource reload bug
If a non-imported texture resource file (e.g. DDS) gets updated the editor
doesn't reload it. The cause of the problem is two-fold:

First, the code of ImageTexture assumes that textures are always imported
from an image, but that's not the case for e.g. DDS. This change thus adds
code to issue a resource reload in case an image reload is not possible
(which is the case for non-imported texture resources).

Second, the code is filled with bogus calls to Image::get_image_data_size()
to determine the mipmap offset when that should be done using
Image::get_image_mipmap_offset(). Previous code literally passed the integer
mip level value to Image::get_image_data_size() where that actually expects
a boolean. Thus this part of the change might actually solve some other
issues as well.

To be pedantic, the texture_get_data() funciton of the rasterizer drivers is
still quite a mess, as it only ever returns the whole mipchain when
GLES_OVER_GL is set (practically only on desktop builds) but this change does
not attempt to resolve that.

11c09a17c2 Fix showing AnimatedTexture frame_* properties in editor
Regression from cd0b82fd56, it must be hidden from docs
(PROPERTY_USAGE_INTERNAL) but not from the editor.

f12a1b8863 Add SimplexNoise and NoiseTexture as new resources
SimplexNoise can be used to generate parameterized fractal noise based on Open Simplex.

NoiseTexture uses SimplexNoise to generate noise textures for using in
shaders/visual effects.

Provides massive speedups to selecting objects, still awaiting for @MarianoGNU to do fixes to the region editor to improve performance.

0e29f7974b Reduce unnecessary COW on Vector by make writing explicit
This commit makes operator[] on Vector const and adds a write proxy to it.  From
now on writes to Vectors need to happen through the .write proxy. So for
instance:

Vector<int> vec;
vec.push_back(10);
std::cout << vec[0] << std::endl;
vec.write[0] = 20;

Failing to use the .write proxy will cause a compilation error.

In addition COWable datatypes can now embed a CowData pointer to their data.
This means that String, CharString, and VMap no longer use or derive from
Vector.

_ALWAYS_INLINE_ and _FORCE_INLINE_ are now equivalent for debug and non-debug
builds. This is a lot faster for Vector in the editor and while running tests.
The reason why this difference used to exist is because force-inlined methods
used to give a bad debugging experience. After extensive testing with modern
compilers this is no longer the case.

Notable potentially breaking changes:
- PROPERTY_USAGE_NOEDITOR is now PROPERTY_USAGE_STORAGE | PROPERTY_USAGE_NETWORK, without PROPERTY_USAGE_INTERNAL
- Some properties were renamed, and sometimes even shadowed by new ones
- New getter methods (some virtual) were added

5ad9be4c24 Rename pos to position in user facing methods and variables
Rename user facing methods and variables as well as the corresponding
C++ methods according to the folloming changes:

* pos -> position
* rot -> rotation
* loc -> location

C++ variables are left as is.

Fix errors on engine startup.
Fixes a bunch of the most spammy console errors introduced by recent refactorings:

- `AudioServerState` does not exist, this was the reference to it in the source. The surrounding code made it clear that `AudioServerLayout` was meant to be used instead.
- `StreamCSVTranslation` same here, it's the only reference. I went with `Translation` here, but I'm not 100% sure on this one.
- Some methods have been moved from `Texture` to `Image`, but the old bindings were still there.
- A few `name == ""` errors related to duplicating nodes.

515f92d03b Fix property warnings and hide some debug prints
"ALL IS GOOD" was a lie.

In particular, removes verbose "path not recognized" false positive.

The actual logic is to (somewhat naively) check all ResourceFormatLoaders
and to pick the first good match, so no need to warn about the formats
that do not match the type hint.

118eed485e ObjectTypeDB was renamed to ClassDB. Types are meant to be more generic to Variant.
All usages of "type" to refer to classes were renamed to "class"
ClassDB has been exposed to GDScript.
OBJ_TYPE() macro is now GDCLASS()
