a80584664c Fix window resizing problems on Windows
Fixes godotengine#76847, Fixes godotengine#74286
Reorders problematic steps from the DisplayServerWindows::window_set_mode function.
These were causing a resize with the dimensions of the previously used mode instead
of the current one.

Style: Harmonize header includes in platform ports
This applies our existing style guide, and adds a new rule to that style
guide for modular components such as platform ports and modules:

Includes from the platform port or module should be included with relative
paths (relative to the root folder of the modular component, e.g.
`platform/linuxbsd/`), in their own section before Godot's "core" includes.

The `api` and `export` subfolders also need to be handled as self-contained
(and thus use relative paths for their "local" includes) as they are all
compiled for each editor platform, without necessarily having the api/export
matching platform folder in the include path.
E.g. the Linux editor build will compile `platform/android/{api,export}/*.cpp`
and those need to use relative includes for it to work.

On Windows, disabling the 'resizable' flag on the project
settings would also remove the minimize button from the window.

Tweak command syntax in Vulkan renderer failure message
This quotes the executable name so that copying it always works
(even if the path contains spaces).

The command is also indented from the rest of the text and is
no longer single-quoted, as that can prevent the command from
running if the line is copied in its entirety (with the quotes).

28f51ba547 Refactor high quality texture import
* Only two texture import modes for low/high quality now:
  * S3TC/BPTC
  * ETC2/ASTC
* Makes sense given this is the general preferred and most compatible combination in most platforms.
* Removed lossy_quality from VRAM texture compression options. It was unused everywhere.
* Added a new "high_quality" option to texture import. When enabled, it uses BPTC/ASTC (BC7/ASTC4x4) instead of S3TC/ETC2 (DXT1-5/ETC2,ETCA).
* Changed MacOS export settings so required texture formats depend on the architecture selected.

This solves the following problems:

* Makes it simpler to import textures as high quality, without having to worry about the specific format used.
* As the editor can now run on platforms such as web, Mac OS with Apple Silicion and Android, it should no longer be assumed that S3TC/BPTC is available by default for it.

Cleanup and unify keyboard input.
- Unify keycode values (secondary label printed on a key), remove unused hardcoded Latin-1 codes.
- Unify IME behaviour, add inline composition string display on Windows and X11.
- Add key_label (localized label printed on a key) value to the key events, and allow mapping actions to the unshifted Unicode events.
- Add support for physical keyboard (Bluetooth or Sidecar) handling on iOS.
- Add support for media key handling on macOS.

2b815df3c1 Use BitField<> in core type masks
* All core types masks are now correctly marked as bitfields.
* The enum hacks in MouseButtonMask and many other types are gone. This ensures that binders to other languages non C++ can actually implement type safe bitmasks.
* Most bitmask operations replaced by functions in BitField<>
* Key is still a problem because its enum and mask at the same time. While it kind of works in C++, this most likely can't be implemented safely in other languages and will have to be changed at some point. Mostly left as-is.
* Documentation and API dump updated to reflect bitfields in core types.

One Copyright Update to rule them all
As many open source projects have started doing it, we're removing the
current year from the copyright notice, so that we don't need to bump
it every year.

It seems like only the first year of publication is technically
relevant for copyright notices, and even that seems to be something
that many companies stopped listing altogether (in a version controlled
codebase, the commits are a much better source of date of publication
than a hardcoded copyright statement).

We also now list Godot Engine contributors first as we're collectively
the current maintainers of the project, and we clarify that the
"exclusive" copyright of the co-founders covers the timespan before
opensourcing (their further contributions are included as part of Godot
Engine contributors).

Also fixed "cf." Frenchism - it's meant as "refer to / see".

4bd601d82a Fix differences between Windows and linuxbsd Display Server
Fix that Windows receive WINDOW_EVENT_MOUSE_EXIT on startup.

When moving the mouse cursor from one window to a different one, make sure that the first window receives the WINDOW_EVENT_MOUSE_EXIT event before the second window receives the WINDOW_EVENT_MOUSE_ENTER event.

Send Mouse-Move events also for Windows, that are currently not focused.

For determining the currently hovered window, consider not just the currently focused window, but also other windows.

Send mouse move events to focused window instead of hovered window.

8017827144 SCons: Re-enable treating #warning as error with werror
Replace all TODO uses of `#warning` by proper TODO comments, and will open
matching bug reports to keep track of them.

We don't have a great track record fixing TODOs, but I'd wager we're even
worse for fixing these "TODO #warning" so we should prohibit this usage.

746dddc067 Replace most uses of Map by HashMap
* Map is unnecessary and inefficient in almost every case.
* Replaced by the new HashMap.
* Renamed Map to RBMap and Set to RBSet for cases that still make sense
  (order matters) but use is discouraged.

There were very few cases where replacing by HashMap was undesired because
keeping the key order was intended.
I tried to keep those (as RBMap) as much as possible, but might have missed
some. Review appreciated!

    this makes them work in OpenGL contexts

    this error message happens very frequently while opengl3 is not finished
removed dead code no longer needed after changes
fixed comments that were misinformation
window messages during window creation now handled
    these were previously discarded
    messages now tunnel the required context
changed failure to create opengl3 window on windows to be more fatal
marked a problem with pen code
conditional compilation of vulkan and opengl3 on windows fixed
windows debug builds now show messages on debug console also
rendering driver selection box now shows only compiled drivers
marked some problematic code
thanks to akien-mga for patiently rewriting my style mistakes

These typedefs don't save much typing compared to the full `Ref<Resource>`

ee02a7f785 Keep editor at normal priority on windows.
The multithreaded importer often causes system-wide hangs when importing more than 20 files at a time.
Running the editor at normal priority allows other applications on the system to be responsive during long imports.

20fb34927d Fix icons for sub windows
Modify the create_sub_window method to set an icon for all sub windows, setting the icon to the same icon as the main window.

d14165dae9 Simplify DisplayServerWindows pos/size message handling
Replace WM_MOVE and WM_SIZE message handling with WM_POSCHANGED instead.
This is for multiple reasons:
1) Microsoft suggest using WM_POSCHANGED is more efficient
2) RectChanged callback is only called once for most window operations
3) Simplifies message handling code

d62ca0c9c0 Window management improvements.
[macOS] Fix transient windows not working in the full-screen mode.
[macOS] Fix moving transient windows to the other screen than parent window.
[macOS] Fix popup menu switch on hover.
[macOS] Use content origin rect for windows position (to ensure `DS.mouse_get_position` is equal to `DS.window_get_position` + mouse position from the input events).
[macOS] Fix incorrect input coordinates, when external display with different scaling in connected/disconnected.
[macOS/Windows] Fix moving fullscreen windows between the screens.
Add auto refocusing of the parent window, when the focused transient window is closed.
Remove redundant `DS.mouse_get_absolute_position` function (returns mouse position in the screen coordinates, same as `DS.mouse_get_position`).
