Increase the editor profiler frame history default and maximum limit
The new default value (1800) allows storing 30 seconds of profiling
at 60 FPS.

The new maximum value (10000) allows storing about 3 minutes of
profiling at 60 FPS.

The profiler graph will scale accordingly to the chosen setting,
so the default value is kept relatively low to prevent the graph
from looking too squished on narrow displays.

746dddc067 Replace most uses of Map by HashMap
* Map is unnecessary and inefficient in almost every case.
* Replaced by the new HashMap.
* Renamed Map to RBMap and Set to RBSet for cases that still make sense
  (order matters) but use is discouraged.

There were very few cases where replacing by HashMap was undesired because
keeping the key order was intended.
I tried to keep those (as RBMap) as much as possible, but might have missed
some. Review appreciated!

8b7c7f5a75 Add a new HashMap implementation
Adds a new, cleaned up, HashMap implementation.

* Uses Robin Hood Hashing (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hash_table#Robin_Hood_hashing).
* Keeps elements in a double linked list for simpler, ordered, iteration.
* Allows keeping iterators for later use in removal (Unlike Map<>, it does not do much
  for performance vs keeping the key, but helps replace old code).
* Uses a more modern C++ iterator API, deprecates the old one.
* Supports custom allocator (in case there is a wish to use a paged one).

This class aims to unify all the associative template usage and replace it by this one:
* Map<> (whereas key order does not matter, which is 99% of cases)
* HashMap<>
* OrderedHashMap<>
* OAHashMap<>

Fix getaddrinfo failed with undefined proxy config
HTTPClientTCP expects proxy host to be empty or port to be -1 to ignore
the proxy. When getting the proxy config from the settings file, the
values will default to U"null" and 0, respectively, making HTTPClientTCP
to attempt to use the values as a proxy, which causes getaddrinfo to
fail looking up a "null" hostname.

Setting the default config values seems like a good approach to prevent
this issue.

[Windows] Improve console handling and execute/create_process.
Always build with the GUI subsystem.
Redirect stdout and stderr output to the parent process console.
Use CreateProcessW for blocking `execute` calls with piped stdout and stderr (prevent console windows for popping up when used with the GUI subsystem build, and have more consistent behavior with `create_process`).
Add `open_console` argument to the `execute` and `create_process` to open a new console window.
Remove `interface/editor/hide_console_window` editor setting.
Remove `Toggle System Console` menu option.
Remove `set_console_visible` and `is_console_visible` functions.

e4e4e475f8 Make --doctool locale aware
* Adds `indent(str)` to `String`:
    * Indent the (multiline) string with the given indentation.
    * This method is added in order to keep the translated XML correctly
      indented.
* Moves the loading of tool/doc translation into
  `editor/editor_translation.{h,cpp}`.
    * This will be used from both `EditorSettings` and the doc tool from
      `main`.
* Makes use of doc translation when generating XML class references, and
  setup the translation locale based on `-l LOCALE` CLI parameter.

The XML class reference won't be translated if `-l LOCALE` parameter is
not given, or when it's `-l en`.

8aa3c2f091 New and improved IK system for Skeleton2D
This PR and commit adds a new IK system for 2D with the Skeleton2D node
that adds several new IK solvers, a way to control bones in a Skeleton2D
node similar to that in Skeleton3D. It also adds additional changes
and functionality.

This work was sponsored by GSoC 2020 and TwistedTwigleg.

Full list of changes:
* Adds a SkeletonModifier2D resource
  * This resource is the base where all IK code is written and executed
  * Has a function for clamping angles, since it is so commonly used
  * Modifiers are unique when duplicated so it works with instancing
* Adds a SkeletonModifierStack2D resource
  * This resource manages a series of SkeletonModification2Ds
  * This is what the Skeleton2D directly interfaces with to make IK possible
* Adds SkeletonModifier2D resources for LookAt, CCDIK, FABRIK, Jiggle, and TwoBoneIK
  * Each modification is in its own file
  * There is also a SkeletonModifier2D resource that acts as a stack for using multiple stacks together
* Adds a PhysicalBone2D node
  * Works similar to the PhysicalBone3D node, but uses a RigidBody2D node
* Changes to Skeleton2D listed below:
  * Skeleton2D now holds a single SkeletonModificationStack2D for IK
  * Skeleton2D now has a local_pose_override, which overrides the Bone2D position similar to how the overrides work in Skeleton3D
* Changes to Bone2D listed below:
  * The default_length property has been changed to length. Length is the length of the bone to its child bone node
  * New bone_angle property, which is the angle the bone has to its first child bone node
  * Bone2D caches its transform when not modified by IK for IK interpolation purposes
  * Bone2D draws its own editor gizmo, though this is stated to change in the future
* Changes to CanvasItemEditor listed below:
  * Bone2D gizmo drawing code removed
  * The 2D IK code is removed. Now Bone2D is the only bone system for 2D
* Transform2D now has a looking_at function for rotating to face a position
* Two new node notifications: NOTIFICATION_EDITOR_PRE_SAVE and NOTIFICATION_EDITOR_POST_SAVE
  * These notifications only are called in the editor right before and after saving a scene
  * Needed for not saving the IK position when executing IK in the editor
* Documentation for all the changes listed above.

Rename the bundled text editor themes for consistency with themes
The Adaptive text editor theme is the default, and has therefore
been renamed Default for consistency with the Default theme preset.
It keeps its automatic dark/light switch status.

The Default text editor theme was actually a legacy Godot 2-style theme,
so it has been renamed to Godot 2 to match the theme preset.
Its background color has been changed to be a constant opaque color,
since the new editor theme made the theme look less good on a translucent
background. The previous background color on light theme also lacked
contrast.

2020 has been a tough year for most of us personally, but a good year for
Godot development nonetheless with a huge amount of work done towards Godot
4.0 and great improvements backported to the long-lived 3.2 branch.

We've had close to 400 contributors to engine code this year, authoring near
7,000 commit! (And that's only for the `master` branch and for the engine code,
there's a lot more when counting docs, demos and other first-party repos.)

Here's to a great year 2021 for all Godot users 🎆

This change should have no impact on performance, but note that
Z-fighting will be visible at a distance. This can be made less
visible by increasing the Znear value (however, doing so will cause
nearby surfaces to disappear).

This change was also applied to the editor, but it will only
apply to newly created scenes.

PVRTC: Move compress func to modules/pvr, drop obsolete PVRTexTool code
The code we had for PVRTexTool doesn't work as it's not compatible with current
PVRTexTool CLI options, and likely hasn't been for years.

Instead, we have our own vendored pvrtccompressor thirdparty library which all
users have thus de-facto been using. This commit moves the compress code to
`modules/pvr` where it belongs.

There's no proper compress function for PVRTC 2-bit format, that's a bug that
will need to be fixed (currently it's compressed as 4-bit format even if you
use Image::FORMAT_PVRTC2).

Fixes #28669.

- Renames PackedIntArray to PackedInt32Array.
- Renames PackedFloatArray to PackedFloat32Array.
- Adds PackedInt64Array and PackedFloat64Array.
- Renames Variant::REAL to Variant::FLOAT for consistency.

Packed arrays are for storing large amount of data and creating stuff like
meshes, buffers. textures, etc. Forcing them to be 64 is a huge waste of
memory. That said, many users requested the ability to have 64 bits packed
arrays for their games, so this is just an optional added type.

For Variant, the float datatype is always 64 bits, and exposed as `float`.

We still have `real_t` which is the datatype that can change from 32 to 64
bits depending on a compile flag (not entirely working right now, but that's
the idea). It affects math related datatypes and code only.

Neither Variant nor PackedArray make use of real_t, which is only intended
for math precision, so the term is removed from there to keep only float.

Rename the "Last Modified" project list sorting option to "Last Edited"
The `project.godot` file will always be modified when editing a project,
but not when running it. This effectively makes the option sort by
last edition date, rather than modification as is typically understood
by users.

This closes #36127.

Enable the script editor line length guideline by default
Now that the GDScript style guide has an official recommendation,
it makes sense to enable the line length guideline by default.

Add a "slow" modifier to freelook
This makes precise adjustments easier, without having to
touch the mouse wheel. This modifier is also available in
Blender, so this makes the freelook behavior more consistent
with it :)

In the interest of simplifying the Editor Settings, this also
removes the freelook modifier speed factor setting
(the value is now hardcoded to its default).

f013596760 Allow to define and load script templates per project
Previously it was only possible to create custom script templates per
editor instance which could lead to certain name collisions, but now one
can create such templates per project tailored for specific use cases.

The default path to search for custom script templates is defined in
project settings via `editor/script_templates_search_path` setting as
`res://script_templates` path, yet this can be configured per project.

Templates have at most two origins now:

1. Project-specific, defined in `ProjectSettings`, for instance:
    - res://script_templates/
2. Editor script templates, for instance:
    - %APPDATA%/Godot/script_templates/

As script templates can have the same name over different paths,
the override mechanism was also added, enabling project-specific
templates over the editor ones.
